Open 50 copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard select none drag under frame select none give frame a drop shadow

Open 06 copy paste as new layer resize 75 percent add drop shadow

Open 45 copy paste as new layer resize 50 percent add drop shadow

Open 27 copy paste as new layer resize 25 percent duplicate move down slightly add drop shadow to both

Open tube copy paste as new layer add drop shadow

Open 23 copy paste as new layer resize 65 percent add drop shadow
