Open new image 700x550 transparent
Open DBS_Paper01 copy paste as new layer apply mask merge group move this over to the right slightly
Open DBS_Frame01 copy paste as new layer resize 90 percent add drop shadow
Open DBS_Seaweed02 copy paste as new layer resize 85 percent add drop shadow
Open DBS_Turtle copy paste as new layer resize 51 percent add drop shadow
Open DBS_TreasureChest02 copy paste as new layer resize 50 percent add drop shadow
Open DBS_Waves copy paste as new layer resize 50 percent drag this under the frame add drop shadow
Open DBS_Shell copy paste as new layer resize 30 percent add drop shadow
Open DBS_Seahorse02 copy paste as new layer resize 36 percent add drop shadow drag this under the sea weed
Open DBS_Octopus01 copy paste as new layer resize 45 percent add drop shadow drag this under the sea weed mirror

continue on for Animation
with freehand tool go around the clam like i have see below


new raster layer apply balls & bubbles effects artistic effect with this setting


select none copy merged open Animation Shop
paste as new animation
Go back to psp undo select none undo bubbles repeat the bubbles making sure you have selected randomize seed 38 select none
copy merge take back into Animation shop paste after currant frame
Go back to psp undo select none undo bubbles repeat bubbles making sure you have selected randomize seed 58 select none
take into Animation shop paste after currant frame
select all frames properties change to 50 view your animation
i have done one without the Animation
