Lets get started
Open new image 650x550
with selection tool rectangle make a rectangle
open p12_bg_purple copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard select none add gradient glow then add drop shadow effects texture effects
with this setting

duplicate move to right slightly duplicate again image rotate right 90 percent
with selection tool circle make circle open p12_bg_purple copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard
select none add gradient glow add drop shadow add blinds same setting as before
Open bling01_bg_purple copy paste as new layer add drop shadow
Open charm_bg_purple copy paste as new layer erase so looks like is hanging add drop shadow
Open butterfly03_bg_purple copy paste as new layer resize 32 percent add drop shadow duplicate mirror arrange on tag
Open flower12_bg_purple copy paste as new layer mirror add drop shadow drag this under the butterfly
open tube copy paste as new layer add drop shadow
Open p11_bg_purple paste as new layer apply mask merge group send to bottom duplicate flip arrange so little is showing at the bottom of tag
Add your name Font Copper Alt Caps Expert forground #000000 background #9c5ba2 add gradient glow & add drop shadow
Add the words Addiction forground #000000 background #9c5ba2 add drop shadow add gradient glow & add drop shadow
Add your copyright info
resize & save your tag
