Open new image 650x550
Open paper 10 copy paste as new layer resize 20 percent apply mask merge group
Open 24 copy paste as new layer resize 30 percent add drop shadow
Open 51 copy paste as new layer resize 15 percent add drop shadow duplicate move down slightly drag under frame
open 9 copy paste as new layer resize 36 percent Effects Enhance add drop shadow drag under frame
Open 4 copy paste as new layer resize 44 percent mirror add drop shadow
Open 8 copy paste as new layer resize 44 percent mirror add drop shadow
Open 5 copy paste as new layer resize 19 percent image rotate 20 right duplicate mirror add drop shadow
open tube copy paste as new layer drag under frame duplicate bring this one to the top go back to bottom tube erase part that is hanging over do the same with top tube add drop shadow to bottom tube
Open word art delete © & raster 1 layer copy merge paste as new layer add gradient glow & add drop shadow
Add your name Font Copper Alt Caps Expert forground Null background #000000 add gradient glow & add drop shadow
Add your copyright info
resize & save your tag
