Open new image 650x550
Open tinx_scraps_star drop_surprise paper 13 copy paste as new layer apply mask merge group
Open tinx_scraps_star drop_surprise doodle copy paste as new layer duplicate mirror flip merge down add drop shadow
Open tinx_scraps_star drop_surprise frame 1 copy paste as new layer image rotate 40 left resize 80 percent with magic wand click in frame selection modify expand by 4
Open tinx_scraps_star drop_surprise paper 10 copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard keep selected Open tinx_scraps_star drop_surprise purple gems copy paste as new layer resize 54 percent delete on keyboard select none drag under paper & gems under frame add drop shadow to frame
Open tinx_scraps_star drop_surprise star 2 copy paste as new layer resize 10 percent duplicate resize this one at 76 percent add drop shadow
Open tube copy paste as new layer add drop shadow
Add your name Font Snotmaster V forground #000000 background #b949fc add drop shadow
Add your copyright info
resize & save your tag
