Open new image 650x550
Open Paper6 copy paste as new layer apply mask merge group
Open frame copy paste as new layer with magic wand click in frame selection modify expand by 4
Open paper7 copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard dont deselect open fence copy paste as new layer resize 56 percent drag under frame select none add drop shadow to frame & fence
Open handprintsblack copy paste as new layer effects edge effects enhance add drop shadow
Open lamp copy paste as new layer resize 75 percent add drop shadow
Open ballandchain copy paste as new layer add drop shadow
Open tube copy paste as new layer add drop shadow
Add the words Convicted Love Font 2Peas Field Marshall forground #f9ab2b background #416387 with pick tool hold shift & bring in on the right hand side slightly See below for reference



add gradient glow with this setting
