Open new image 650x600
Open LS_Paper8 copy paste as new image resize 45 percent image add border 4 #000000 copy paste as new layer
with selection tool make rectangle flood fill #000000 select none drag under the paper layer go back to paper layer add gradient glow #ffffff
Open LS_WordArt2 copy paste as new layer resize 75 percent adjust sharpen
Open LS_Balloon copy paste as new layer resize 75 percent adjust sharpen image rotate 30 right add drop shadow
Open LS_Glitter copy paste as new layer move to top slightly duplicate flip merge down arrange send to bottom
Open LS_WordArt3 copy paste as new layer add gradient glow & add drop shadow
with freehand tool go around the frame on paper Open tube copy paste as new layer add drop shadow
Open main tube copy paste as new layer add drop shadow
Add your name Font Miss Lankfort forground #ffffff background #000000 add drop shadow
Add your copyright info
resize & save your tag
