we are going to start from the bottom of template
Go to Center, large black rectangle select all float defloat Open rs_pap14 copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard
Go to left med gray rectangle select all float defloat Open rs_pap16 copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard add drop shadow
Go to right med. gray rectangle select all float defloat Open rs_pap16 copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard add drop shadow
Go to left dark gray rectangle select all float defloat Open rs_pap13 copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard
