Open SCS_JRBT_NewBeginnings_Plate copy paste as new layer resize 70 percent add drop shadow
Open SCS_JRBT_NewBeginnings_CupOfCocoa copy paste as new layer resize 50 percent add drop shadow
Open SCS_JRBT_NewBeginnings_Marshmallows copy paste as new layer resize 30 percent add drop shadow

On the cup layer with the freehand selection tool make selection see as below

select none right click copy merge take into Animation shop paste as new animation
Go back to psp undo smoke
redo smoke click on random once
select none right click copy merge take into Animation shop paste current layer
Go back to psp undo smoke
redo smoke press random once
select none right click copy merge take into Animation shop paste current layer
resize & save your tag
