Open new image 650x550
Open SCS_Paradise City_Paper (4) copy paste as new layer apply mask merge group
Open SCS_Paradise City_Bubbles - Clear copy paste as new layer resize 55 percent add drop shadow
Open SCS_Paradise City_Coral 1 copy paste as new layer resize 70 percent duplicate mirror add drop shadow
Open SCS_Paradise City_Mermaid Clam copy paste as new layer resize 70 percent add drop shadow
Open SCS_Paradise City_Star Fish copy paste as new layer resize 54 percent add drop shadow
Open SCS_Paradise City_Seahorse 1 copy paste as new layer resize 55 percent mirror add drop shadow
Open tube copy paste as new layer mirror add drop shadow
Add your name Font Valeria Script One forground #3e81ff background #df839e add drop shadow
Add your copyright info
if not wanting to animate resize & save your tag
Onto Animation
close off your tube copy merge your tag paste as new animation in animation shop click on your tag right click duplicate your tag 15 times select all
Open the bubbles select all drag on to your tag place where you like bubbles to be
Go back to PSP open your tube layer copy paste into animation shop paste as new animation on the tools bar in Animation shop click the propagate paste go back to your tag make sure you on first layer select all go back to tube drag onto your tag
