Open DBS_Paper03 copy paste as new layer apply mask merge group duplicate merge down
new raster layer with preset tool rectangle width 16 forground #ffffff background #000000 make a rctangle in middle of tag convert to raster layer duplicate image rotate 10 right now duplicate this one then image rotate 15 right see my tag for reference now rename these
starting from the bottom working the way up 1 2 3 see my preview below


Go to layer 1 click in the Black part with magic wand modify expand by 2 Open DBS_Paper10 copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard select none
Go to layer 2 click the Black part in with magic wand modify expand by 2 Open DBS_Paper05 copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard select none
Go to layer 3 click the Black part in with magic wand modify expand by 2 Open DBS_Paper15 copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard select none
Go Back to layer 1 click in the white part with magic wand modify expand by 2 Open DBS_Paper04 copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard select none add drop shadow
