Open paper13 copy paste as new layer apply mask merge group duplicate
Open swirl1 resize 21 percent add drop shadow
Open frame1 copy paste as new layer resize 28 percent add drop shadow
Open reeds copy paste as new layer resize 40 percent add drop shadow duplicate resize 60 percent
Open fence copy paste as new layer resize 28 percent erase any overlapping add drop shadow drag this under frame
Open tortise resize 22 percent mirror add drop shadow duplicate resize 60 percent drag under tortise
Open flower1 copy paste as new layer resize 23 percent duplicate move down slightly add drop shadow
Open tag resize 15 percent image rotate 30 percent left add drop shadow
Open brad2 resize 16 percent add drop shadow
Add the words Hello There Font Buffet Script forground Null background #5f8d8d add gradient glow & add drop shadow
Add your name Font JI Chubby Caps forground #5f8d8d background #c5e4c4 add inner bevel add gradient glow & add drop shadow
Add your copyright info
resize & save your tag
