Open new image 650x600
Open Lush Paper6 copy paste as new layer apply mask merge group duplicate mirror merge down effects distortion effect twirl setting 720 add remove noise uniform 44 monochrome checked
Open Lush Circle Frame copy paste as new layer resize 110 percent with magic wand click in frame modify expand by 2
open Lush Paper 3 copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard select none drag paper under frame effects texture effects weave 5 11 9 #000000 in both boxes fill gaps checked & add drop shadow to frame
with magic wand click in each box on side of frame apply weave again same setting
Open Lush Flower Doodle copy paste as new layer add drop shadow
Open Lush Flower copy paste as new layer mirror add drop shadow
Open Lush Ribbon and Bow2 copy paste as new layer add drop shadow
Open Lush Wordart copy paste as new layer resize 67 percent add drop shadow
Open tube copy paste as new layer drag under ribbon erase part that is overlapping add drop shadow
Add your name Font Cherish forground #c53261 background #fdcedd add drop shadow
Add your copyright info
resize & save your tag
