Lets Get Started
Open new image 650x550
Flood fill layer with #692956 apply mask merge group add remove noise this setting uniform 57 monochrome checked
open glitter1 copy paste as new layer resize 28 percent
Open Vine copy paste as new layer resize 30 percent then again resize at 75 percent adjust sharpen sharpen more add drop shadow
Open bug copy paste as new layer resize 15 percent then resize again at 54 percent sharpen add drop shadow duplicate mirror
Add your nickname Font Pleasantly Plump forground #692956 background #c774b5 add gradient glow & add drop shadow
Add your name Font Miss Le Gatees forground #ffffff background #ffffff add drop shadow
Open your tube resize 85 percent add drop shadow
Add your copyright info

Now on to Animation
Go back to your name click in each letter with magic wand add remove noise uniform 70 monochrome checked
select none copy merge open animation shop paste as new animation
Go back to psp undo select none undo add remove noise
add remove noise again select none copy merge paste after currant animation
Go back to psp undo select none undo add remove noise
add remove noise again select none copy merge paste after currant animation
you now should have 3 frames
resize & save your tag
