Open new image 650x550
Open SCS_GIBT_PTH_Paper6 copy paste as new layer apply mask merge group duplicate merge down
Open SCS_GIBT_PTH_Flare2 copy paste as new layer resize 90 percent add gradient glow & add drop shadow
Open SCS_GIBT_PTH_Frame4 copy paste as new layer resize 67 percent select all float defloat open SCS_GIBT_PTH_Paper7 copy paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard select none inner bevel repeat inner bevel add drop shadow
Open SCS_GIBT_PTH_Tree2 copy paste as new layer resize 60 percent add drop shadow
Open SCS_GIBT_PTH_CAndle1 copy paste as new layer resize 44 percent add drop shadow
Open SCS_GIBT_PTH_Canle2 copy paste as new layer resize 33 percent add drop shadow merge down
Open SCS_GIBT_PTH_Butterfly copy paste as new layer resize 24 percent duplicate 3 times arrange on tag add drop shadow

Now onto Animation
Go to candle layer with freehand tool go around flames on candles apply alien skin eye candy5 nature fire with this setting

Select none copy merge take in to Animation shop go back to psp under select none & fire reapply fire but click random speed once copy merge take into Animation shop click on first frame click with right mouse paste after currant frame
Go back to psp undo select none undo fire reapply fire hit random speed once select none copy merge take back into animation shop click on second frame copy paste after currant frame
View animation
resize & save your tag
